Our February Workshop is one you definitely don’t want to miss! We are partnering with the talented Stephanie Bonetta to bring you Yoga Wellness. Stephanie started her holistic health journey in the kitchen developing nutritious recipes. Since then, she has developed a passion for teaching this yoga; it’s ancient philosophy and art of living.
In this workshop, guests will be introduced to 3 Yogic practices for optimal health, longevity, vibrancy and vitality. These include pranayama (breathing techniques), guided visual meditation and Yin yoga asana for all levels to lengthen and stretch the muscles and, relax and calm the mind. Bring a yoga mat, comfy clothes and water.
