So, slow down, take your time and savour 24 carefully selected terroir wines for one convenient price.

Tasting at the Wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake is so simple with this pass. To taste the Winemaker’s Selection at each winery, simply present your printed ticket, or the digital device you’ve used to download the ticket, to the tasting bar staff so they may scan it for you.

“Aligoté is a rare vitis vinifera variety native to the Burgundy region of France. Aligoté can be a chameleon by exuberantly expressing its terroir. Our Aligoté will remind you of green apples and fresh pears on the nose while on the palate the minerality and zing of crisp acidity is mouth watering. 2017 Dornfelder Icewine (W) “Hailing from German roots, Dornfelder is a hybrid dark-skinned red grape used for red wine. Created by August Herold at the grape breeding institute in Weinsberg in 1955. Herold crossed the grape varieties Helfensteiner and Heroldrebe (which bears his name) to create Dornfelder. Dornfelder received varietal protection and was released for cultivation in 1979. It was named in honor of Immanuel August Ludwig Dornfeld, who was instrumental in creating the Winemaking and Viticulture school in Weinsberg where I studied. Dornfelder makes a great Icewine! The only one of its kind in North America and unique to FEROX -boasting port like qualities and profiles of black cherry and cocoa and is akin to Black Forest Cake in a bottle… It is silky smooth, exquisitely rich and robust with balanced sweetness - unlike any other Icewine!” Winemaker - Fabian Reis

Fermented for 2 weeks in second and third use barrels, and then aged for 24 months, quintessential vanilla, butterscotch and cedar complete an impressive nose.
