2013 Ravine Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is barrel fermented in 90% neutral oak and 10% new French oak. This wine was inspired by the harvests Winemaker Martin Werner worked in New Zealand. 2013 Ravine Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is Martin’s Ontario interpretation of this cool climate style complete with texture and minerality. While creating this Sauvignon Blanc there were three small lots within the batch of twelve that drew the attention of Werner. These three barrels ultimately inspired the creation of this exceptional Sauvignon Blanc.
