Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays in November

Enjoy Four Holiday-Inspired Food and Wine Experiences from Over Twenty Wineries.


Guests will be able to purchase a ONE DAY PASS ($75 plus tax and service fees) for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday in November and will have access to reserve FOUR WINERY TASTINGS on selected day to visit from over 20 partner wineries who will offer exclusive on-site winery experiences. Individual winery tasting experiences must be booked in advance at set times of 11:00am, 1:30pm, 2:30pm and 3:30pm each day based on availability. COVID-19 precautions and proof of vaccination are required all locations.

PLEASE NOTE- Due to Covid-19 pandemic health and safety protocols, we have changed the format of this event from previous years to ensure that our guests have longer tastings experiences at fewer properties with more food and wine offerings. This way we can ensure that our tastings are exclusive, reserved and safe.

Taste the Season exclusive one day passports are available on our website, October 15, 2021.

Old Vines Premium Tasting

This wine experience exclusively highlights wines made with grapes from our oldest vineyard blocks, sourced from our various vineyards in order to combine the best flavour profiles of each site. Each wine has been carefully paired with 3 locally sourced fare so you are able to truly taste what Niagara and Ontario has to offer.

Enjoy the 2018 Ferox White paired with local Incoho Restaurant’s sourdough cracker with Atlantic smoked salmon garnished with lemon curd, alongside their Ontario lamb tart topped with a chive crumble paired with the 2019 Ferox Red.

Try our Tomato Bisque Soup paired with our Carretto Cabernet Franc.  The soup is prepared by BarrelHead’s in-house chef,to bring out the subtle peppery notes of the Cabernet Franc while creating a hearty, flavourful aroma. The Cabernet Franc is medium bodied, barrel aged, with notes of cherry, blackberry, plum, coffee, cracked pepper and a slight smokey finish.
